I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a partner in Frontline Mental Health Solutions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), First Responder Health Occupational Awareness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Suicide Risk Assessment and Cyber-Counselling. I have an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Calgary, and a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Gonzaga University.
I have spent the last 25 years of my career in helping professions including teaching, Community Living, and Acquired Brain Injury in addition to clinical counselling.
